you make me smile ♥

i think this year’s sabbats are one of the best i’ve ever been in.

i’ve met amazing people and if i ever get around to doing it, i’ll post about the stuff we discussed and the activities we did.

i’ve made friends not just in the nanyang people— but friends from chestnut drive (patricia, jeremiah and edwin), jurong (celia and ashley), regent (phinthong and amirul), greenridge (joshua and emily) and fajar (khai and shazleena) (: awesome people, all of them.

I think I became pretty close to Phinthong, Amirul, Patricia and Jeremiah :D Went home with them today and although the bus ride was kind of awkward (another friend of Jeremiah’s was on the bus as well and we didn’t really know her but she was just there the whole time and we were just…awkward. I think we’d have been much less awkward if she wasn’t there and talking to Jeremiah about random stuff when all 5 of us wanted to do was to have a good time on the way home since it was our last day together.) it was nice talking to them and sharing about our schools and what we do and stuff :D They were genuinely interested and are very, very extremely nice people. There was this whole hoard of Pei Hwa kids who came on the bus at the bukit timah plaza bus stop and I was like “omg i really cannot take all this screaming and little kids pushing and stuff” and Amirul and Jeremiah noticed I was pretty uncomfortable (you two, observant people!). Jeremiah was giving me the “are you ok” look (yes jeremiah, I saw!) and Amirul was all “are you okay you look distraught” THANK YOU GUYS I appreciated that! Nanyang people don’t do that to me so I was really touched that even though we’ve only known each other for 5 days, you guys are really caring and all :D

This is becoming long; but yes thank you everyone on EiE! (sorry mr farid, there’s always someone who breaks the rule of saying thank you) I really enjoyed myself these 5 days and there are things i’ve told you guys which i’ve never told anyone before :D

so here’s to our facilitation in august and one day let’s take mr arjuna’s invitation and party at onepeoplesg! :D

rants.

1. people need to stop being butthurt.

2. people need to stop comparing. gdi, we’re supposed to be one family.

3. people need to stop overreacting all the time. I’m sick of seeing sudden caps lock for no particular reason only then to go “oh sorry that was untrue information”.

4. people need to stop being jealous, and be happy for others instead.

5. and most importantly, people need to stop spewing vulgarities on my timeline. As if twitter isn’t damaging my brain enough. I find myself talking and writing like how I do on twitter, and I find myself being more vulgar. Which is disgusting. And I’m angry at myself for that, so I would appreciate it if people stop saying the f word just because they feel like doing it. 

no offence. but yes, I mean it.

and people need to stop flipping themselves and tables and everything. That’s considered under overreacting too.
